26. Do you like to exercise alone, with a partner, in a small group, or in a large group? Why?
I tend to mostly work out alone. I made a stab at starting a running group, but people are so far flung here and busy that it never really took off. I used to go to the gym at work during lunch and do cardio with a coworker, but since she moved to a different department that has stopped as well. I guess I prefer alone because I can push myself harder, I find a lot of people don't want to work as hard as I do.
27. Have you ever hired anyone to help you with your journey? A personal trainer. A dietician/nutritionist? A wellness coach? A life coach? What worked and didn't work?
I've been to a dietitian, I've been part of a medically supervised program, and I'm currently a member of weight watchers, amongst numerous other things, but until I really focused and made the commitment none of it worked but they were all valuable steps along the way and I learned a lot from each.
