Weighed in for the first time in two months

So, I took that leap today and stepped on my scale. I was actually happy to see that I have only gained 4 lbs this past two months despite the crap that I have been eating and lack of workouts.

Still a long road in front of me. My goal was 159 by 12/9 So, that means 25 lbs in two months....I may have to revise that goal a little or allot but, as long as that number continues to go down I will still be in a better place than I was last year with my weight.

I have been back to the gym twice since my last blog. I had uped my time to 45 mins but, I reduced it back to 30 just to find my gym groove again. Things are hard and confusing but, at least this is something that I can control if my head is in the right space.
