I'm still recovering from my weekend off. Was up 1.5 pounds after now down .5 pound. Trying to get more veggies in my life. I notice when the weather starts to change from some reason I seem so much more hungry. Anyway, I've still got that pound to go to get me back where I was. Today's plan. Stretch ( I'm really sore), Workout, drink water and eat well.
