Well I did finish canning 6 bushels of apple into apple juice. That made 12 gallons and used up the last of my canning jars. All natural/unflitered with no sugar added. It took ten hours and the last 6 hours my husbanded helped or I'd still be there. I am glad to decare canning season over with.
We woke up to an inch of snow this morning. I have some kale out in the garden that will give us a nice salad tonight. It is amazing how kale survives this cold and tastes sweeter.
I pulled up the carrots yesterday. I'll post a picture of a huge two legged one this afternoon. It made me laugh.
