Day Four

Well last night I made a recipe the Parmesean Tilapia and everyone ate it at my house but my son. It was very good and healthy what a different type of meal for my family. I did not walk again last night but I stayed busy and went to bed early so I would not eat everything in sight. I will walk at least 3 times this week and increase that number every week. I will not be hard on myself as long as I am behaving with the food and paying attention to my emotions and not using food to help solve any problems.
While Thanks to everyone for the support and what a difference it makes to have this site available to those of us that want to change our lives the healthy way.
