Today I went and ran 4 miles without stopping, no intervals. My foot was sore, my ankle on the good foot was tired, and my knee with the fake ACL was cranky by the time I got home. But I feel sooooo much better. I must have needed some serious endorphins. It was like Forrest Gump. I just. Started. Running.
I weighed in again today even though it's only been 2 days, and I'm holding steady from 2 days ago. I put new batteries in my home scale and that was my second weigh-in on it with the new batteries. I also use the scale at the gym, and the 2 scales are pretty accurate to each other as well as to me. It's funny how, when we lose, we want our weight gone tomorrow, when it took us a long time to put it on. Oh well, it'll be gone eventually if I keep towing the line the way I have been the last week or two. I'm hanging onto my momentum.
That's all for now, time to hit the shower and the books, and then go to class.
