I really need to get back to my crunches and lame attempt at push-ups. :) I was doing good and then I got slack on it.. Just like I have been super slack on taking my vitamins! And my knee is screaming for them. TODAY I MUST TAKE MY VITAMINS!! I won't be able to go to Zumba Toning today. :( I started watching this sweet baby girl..

and the Zumba place will only watch ages 2 and up. So no Zumba during the day for me. :( SO I must man up and do ST at home. I HAVE TO!! I got a Jillian Michaels yoga dvd to hopefully help with that a little. I just wish I could have a bunch of people come and watch me do it so I have to do the whole thing full force instead of wimping out on it. lol! That's why I like to go to the classes because there's no hiding, no wimping out. :) I can do it though. I WILL do it!!!
