It's fall, and I DO love my hot chocolate. So when we had a 30 degree drop in temperature this weekend, I headed to the store for some hot chocolate mix. Notice I said "hot chocolate", not "cocoa".
Well, thanks to the SP LIFESTYLE, the first thing I did was read the label.
First ingredient on hot chocolate mix? Sugar.
Calories - too high.
Fat - too high
Carbs - we won't even go there. (4 tsp sugar)
So I put the different brands back on the shelf, came home, and made my usual hot herbal tea with no sugar.
Yes, my life has changed. For the better!
