today I walked at lunch. That isn't really a challenge. The closest thing to a challenge was to get the habit of it started again.
yesterday morning I tried to do a yoga video off my Roku NetFit channel. Ummmm, yeah, TOTALLY did not work out, at all. Was hoping for a workout but something somewhat gentle and easing me into my day. 3rd move I literally could not do. So, I switched, I didn't give up, but I switched to a pilates video. Yeah, that didn't work either. I ended up doing almost 20 minutes of attempted exercise, I challenged myself to do something out of my comfort zone and I am still sore tonight.
I went through some other videos on that channel and .... I'm going to try a boot camp one. I actually skimmed through the entirety of the first two videos to make sure it mostly looked like things I was capable of doing already, and they do. So, here goes nothing!
Here's hoping I wake up early enough
Here's hoping I don't give up 5 minutes in because its too early in the morning.
Here's hoping I somehow or other end up not despising it. ;)
I'll let you know how it went.
