5% Challenge - Week 1, Day 5

Today was a good day! I got my husband to go for a walk, so we ran some errands with the dogs - walked a total of 3 mikes. I didn't do my C25K run, but I'm going to do that tomorrow at lunch :) I love the neighborhood our clinic is in, so a run will be fun. I absolutely HATE running in my neighborhood...

I'll give myself a C+ for food - I know South Beach is all that will work, I'm just having a hard time sticking with Phase 1. Story of my life...

Plan for tomorrow - I have grilled chicken breast to take for lunch and will do the same for dinner + veggies.

    That is wonderful! I can't tell you how much I would love to exercise with my DH. Walking is great cross training for runners.
