Hmmm, my true motivation behind my weight loss and fitness goals:
1) To feel better about myself.
2) To fit into my size 12-tall pants again!
I REFUSE to buy any more large pants! I bought 2 pair and the least dressy pair is the pair I wear every day to work. (Of course, I wash them at night -- wear them in the day...and repeat.) Needless to say, these are getting a bit worn...) I will NOT buy any more size 14 pants...and if I'm totally honest with myself, I need to admit that I really needed a size 16.
3) Another big reason: everyone in my family is overweight and/or obese. My Dad collapsed and later died from a stroke when I was 8 -- he was 48. (I was the one who got to him first when he collapsed.)
