This is my second blog entry for the day, but I decided that I am going to try to track the food I eat and add the photos in my blog. I think if I have to show what I am eating to the rest of sparkpeople, it will make me prepare better meals. It will also be a good thing to relate back to in the future to see my progress with meal planning.
For my first entry, here is my dinner for the evening. Cucumber salad with bell peppers and celery in a home-made apple cider vinaigrette. Yum yum!
