This week, I worked very hard to stay on track. I tried to keep up with my planning and eating healthy meals, drinking my water, sleeping 7-9 hours, getting good exercise, and blogging/posting. I say I tried, because I feel like this week was more of a struggle than it should have been. Why, you ask??? Because I had no internet for the last 5 days. Yes, no internet. You know what that means!!?! NO SPARKPEOPLE!!! GGGAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!
I know in my head that not being able to log in, shouldn't really affect my performance, but it did! I felt so out of it, not being able to tally my food correctly. So, I assumed my twitchiness and grouchiness was just that - my lack of food posting (I tracked on a paper but felt I had to guess on more things than I would like).
But it wasn't just tracking. Something else was missing. My friends and Teammies. I check in pretty much every day - even if it's short. So these last 5 days being unable to check in with, vent to, or cheer on my friends & teammies was so NOT fun!
I know we always here how important support and/or the buddy system is, when you are on a journey, but this weekend proved it for me!!
So, for all my teammies and fellow sparkers, I say THANK YOU!

Thank you for being cheerleaders and/or drill sergeants (depending on the day).
