I met the goal of managing when I ate my meals not to be too hungry in between them, leading to the often second lunch on my days in classes.
But, I was so tired and had such a bad headache I had a 20 oz Mountain Dew. Now, I know what you all think- caffeine will make your headaches worse. For me: false. It helped me and I was able to be headache free for my afternoon class.
So, I am glad about that now I am trying to get myself sorted out to study for the upcoming midterms. But, at least my headache is mostly better.
