Things Are Becoming Easier

Another good gym session 2.75 hrs this morning after work, a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Stayed in range on my tracker but still didn't meet my protein goal emoticon

Prepared dinner for later, ran a couple of errands in town, bought a pair of sweatbands as a treat for being consistent with my workouts. Treated myself to a small beauty treatment too.

Had a good zumba session t, they're starting a new class called Bokwa next Fri at the health center so I'm thinking of trying that out too just to see what it's like.

After zumba, I had my hair done as it was ready, at least I look almost human now emoticon

My best friend came round for a couple of hours and we had a milky coffee, she had biscuits and I wasn't even tempted, I've got to say that it is becoming easier to refuse sweet things, it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. In fact a lot if things are becoming easier.

Hot bath and bed.
