Week 3 of 5K Training

I have always wanted to run, but never thought I could. After hearing about Fleet Fleet's No Boundaries training I decided to give it a try. I am now in week 3 and I was able to run a mile straight through for the first time this past Monday in addition to the intervals for the other 1+ mile. My goal is to be able to run the entire 5k distance in the Mistletoe 5K on December 1st...maybe even sooner. emoticon

    Way to go! I did the No Boundaries training last winter, but ended up with injured ankles and couldn't participate in the planned 5K. Don't you just love Stacy?
