Day 35 - Uh Oh

This is the only week that I haven't lost anything, and I also gained! Yikes, I need to get my act together. I really let the Thanksgiving weekend be an excuse to eat how I feel like, and also the visit of my good friend who loves to go to the movies and order all sorts of treats. No bueno! I am just glad that today I am not seeing 208 like I was seeing yesterday and the day before. I think my body is going back to normal, though I still feel like garbage. Well, there's no sense in being down and out when you are not defeated. I have to remember that I have a goal to be 201 by Nov. 5th, which is 3.5 weeks. It is also the day after my 20th birthday, so it would be an awesome gift to give myself : )
