It is possible to eat just one

Ok, one of those cravings hit

I really was too tired to fight

but I tried

I wanted chocolate, not my usual craving is there is such a thing as usual

I figured it was a sugar thing since I was feeling sluggish anyway

I tried fruit, nothing doing

I thought about the different things I could try but nothing seemed to be it

So I did it

I ate Hershey's Peanut Butter cups

I put it in my tracker and watched my calories for the rest of the day

It fit, I satisfied my craving, and I don't feel bad about it
