ok.. i'm not a newbie here.. but sometimes even i go UGH!!!!
Weighin this morning was...drumroll please....145...WHAT??? On and off 3 more times.. yupper.. the same..
SOOOOOOOOOOOO it's not like i don't know why... and i can even tell you...
1.) 2 very high salt day....
2.) and even though i started out yesterday with good intentions and was on track.. I over ate at the end..
3.) Been feeling blah...(PMS) tired from that 20 miler... hey it happens.
OK what i'm gonna do to correct things:
1.) Be HONEST and log in the weigh in even when i cringe.
2.) still struggling with getting my weekly ST done.. But GONNA DO IT TODAY!
3.) Keep on track with Water and Rest to help flush my system of the yuck...
SO that's my game plan for the moment.. ON a GOOD NOTE.. other than some muscle loss from lack of ST in arms and core... I CAN tell you my pants size is relatively the same... I say relative because my legs are the same.. waist.. a little tight... BUT with my legs.. had the caliber testing done again.. and hey.. I"ve been putting on MUSCLE THERE! All in all as long as i can continue to keep fitting into my pants for the next 3 weeks After Marine Corp MArathon ... my goals and priorities change.. I go BACK into triathelete mode... and work on all 3 elements again.. and not just use 2 as a supplement/crosstraining for running... and it will be easier for me to get more Yoga and ST in ...Somestimes is all about picking your battles.. and going with a micro plan so you don't go crazy.
SO until tomorrow Sparkland.. It's gonna be another GREAT DAY!
