24. When did you incorporate fitness goals into your healthy lifestyle? (Before starting to lose weight, during weight loss, after goal weight, etc.)
I have always loved to exercise, it keeps me grounded manages my mood and just all around makes me feel good. It wasn't until I learned that you can't out exercise a bad diet that I started to lose weight.
25. Is there any form of fitness/exercise that you tried and gave up? Is there any form of fitness/exercise that you would like to try?
I'm dying to try crossfit. It seems so intense and the community seems so supportive but alas it is just not a reality in my rural area. I tried ballet inspired and pilates, and while challenging, they are not my cup of tea, I get bored too easily I guess and the slow concentrated moves are more than my attention span can handle.
