Even your "secret" goals match you with being a "born" runner! For someone with little experience you are spot on with what you are doing...physically and mentally. Way to go...sorry about the dead crow...yucky. Did the breakdown feel a bit spiritual? Glad Devon was there for you.
Congratulations on coming in under 70 minutes...no matter whose clock you use!
How did three people "run" after the results were communicated "day of"? Seconds and placements matter to runners! Wish they could have gotten placements right the first time. Or was the first time right and the additions after the run bogus. No matter. YOU were awesome.
TWO FIRSTS IN ONE MONTH...5K then 10K. The bar has been set. Here's to "watching" you in the future. Thanks for the fun blog and photos...the tutu's did make sharing the 10K more "fun".
