Good week! Feeling more energy!!!
1) water +++++++ (Thank God I love water - I'm noticing more of a dry mouth)
2) logging food +++++++ (SP mobile isn't the easiest, but I try to use it)
3) exercise ++++ (used Map My Walk when I was in Col Sat...easy to track distance and time, STILL need to do strengthening 2x a week)
4) education +++++++
5) stress eating +++++++
6) weight +++++++ (down a 1b and 4 oz from last week)
A tablespoon of hummus and baby carrots is a satisfying snack! Snacks don't need to be ice cream or chocolate based!! Go figure!
