Plateau? What Plateau?

I don't see any plateaus over here!!!

Finally.

For 8 weeks, I have been hovering between 230.4 and 234.2. No matter what I did or didn't do, that never changed. But yesterday I finally broke into the 220s with a 229.6. Today I weighed the same - it wasn't just a fluke. Now the goal is to never see the 230s again.

It's broken! The plateau is finally over! 224, here I come!!! And then...215, 199, 174, 145. Come on, body - let's do this!

  Plateaus are hard. I was in one for a while and just broke it. Keep exercising and tracking. You can do it!
