So I have been easing back into SP for awhile now. And I have been exercising regularly. I decided that I am ready for like a challenge or something. So I joined 3 groups and am waiting to join 2 challenges. I am excited about all of this. I kept thinking I wanted to write a blog, except I swear the last few I wrote were with great intentions that almost immediately faded away. It was like writing the blog was jinxing myself. Not this time.
I am writing this blog (and many more to come) because I am motivated and committed and making things happen in my life. I need to write about it as a reminder to myself where I am now and where I am going on this journey. I am going to post my weekly goals on here (will do a half week this week) and then also use it as a journal if I want.
