I fell off the wagon way back and now I'm going after it again. Since that time we have moved, I'm now a stay at home mom, added homeschooling and a small business venture to my plate, and all the various things that go along with home ownership, and buying a house in the country on land that was a full remodel project. We are still unpacking boxes and I guess that will be the case for quite some time to come.
My biggest opponent right now is 2 fold. Too much stuff to do and not enough energy to get it all done. That leads me to binge eat on unhealthy stuff for that little bit o f energy pick up, which is usually followed up by a night of insomnia. All of these play into my ongoing medical issues and it becomes a vicious cycle. I want off that merry go round.
For the last week and a half I have been tracking my food pretty diligently. Drinking water more and other stuff less. I've managed to get some workout time in here and there but thats the hardest thing so far because I can't just hop over to a gym, and I can't just go for a run in the neighborhood. My alternative is to just try and keep busy moving in some way shape or form instead of sitting in front of my computer all day, which is sometimes a necessary evil.
Today I managed to get through half of a p90x dvd which is no small feat. I may see if I can log some time on the treadmill later, or pop in a Zumba dvd.
