Today is a huge day for me . I lost my very first 10 pounds towards my short term goal of 25 pounds. I know its still a long way to go, but somehow the way doesn't look 2 long anymore. had a good thanksgiving weekend, made roasted carrot soup tastesofayurveda.blogspo
instead of a heavy cream laden soup plus roasted red potatoes with rosemary, an alternative to other calorie rich potato dishes. My friend made some delicious caramel custard which I ate without much guilt. I just rested throughout the week and went back for my training only 2 see that I am 3 pounds lighter :)
Lesson learnt: It is equally important to rest and enjoy things once in a while, so your body recovers as well as your cravings don't take control of you :)
