I am so excited I got on the scale today and I was down 3.6 pounds and that is just from walking one day and watching what I ate both days. Tonight I plan on going for a walk after work and doing at least 2 laps at Tom O Leary and then tomorrow morning I will be a walking too.
I got ready for work today and made myself breakfast and only ate part of it and what a feeling that is. I want to remember food is fuel for the body and that is it. Food is not my buddy anymore and now it is my fuel. I am going to make a recipe off this website for supper tonight of Parmesean Tilapia and hope that it is good.
