Day 245: What's the Plan Stan?

I think the plan for today is soup. I need to make a big pot of soup! :) Tonight ZUMBA! Maaayybe yoga too. We'll see. I need to get on the treadmill at some point.. not sure if that will be today though. :) I'm starting to ease back down on the scale. I still have over 3 pounds to go before I get back to where I was before binge days. It's ok, I'll get there. One day at a time! :) I CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS!!! Be mindful of eating. Be mindful of exercising. Be mindful. Care. Love. Do this. :)

Snack: Broccoli and Hummus
Dinner: Broccoli and Hummus, GF Bread with Hummus (Ended up eating a whole package of Broccoli and a whole thing of hummus! 8|)
