OK, I have conquered my home base area, the upstairs family room and my bedroom (minus the office corner). I want to conquer the front entry and living room areas next. My goal is to make the previous areas easy to keep conquered through family contributions and adaptions to the way the house is set up so that it is easy to follow through.
My husband did agree to help me by making sure things are enforced when I can't be there to enforce them!
I have been working out my core and drinking the water and have gotten down to 183 pounds ( that's a 2 pound deficit).
Right now, I have a 12 year old with a low pain tolerance, who feels like he is dying. I gave him the prevacid as it seems that the pain in the chest could be acid reflux. I have experience in that one. If the Prevacid doesn't help, then I am out of my league and will seek the pediatrician's advice.
I really want to get to the weekend so that we can just not have to do anything other than have a birthday party and make blankets for the dog shelter!
Let's hope that there are no wrenches thrown into this weekend schedule. Next weekend, I go camping with the 10 yr. old and her Girl Scouts, My husband enters my Veggie Tales chili in the church's chili cookoff, and my 15 yr. old is going to the Homecoming dance. We have to dress shopping and shoe shopping (of course), I have to interview and scare the pants off the potential date, and I have to make a purple teepee with pink and green hearts on it for the birthday girl. Thankfully, the birthday party is at Skyzone and I don't have to clean up for that!
I plan on staying with doing just my core exercises and drinking at least 8 glasses of water right now. I need to make sure that the new habits are sticking!
