This is not upbeat, but I just wanted to take a moment to journal my adventure. Work today, and I am HAPPY that I was able to take care of the water I needed, I was concerned with my occupation. So Hip Hip Hooray!

My food was spot on today, so I can't complain there even!

What I can complain about, is this dang headache that has visited and won't leave. I didn't do cardio today mostly because of the pounding headache.

Off to bed early for me in hopes that will help with the predicament.
