3 months and nothing

ok i admit i have been bad but not soo 3 months i have lost nothing but in 3 months i have gained nothing it is good and bad...........i am back on track now but have been tracking my food on fitness i am hoping to lose this last 40 pounds once and for daughter is back in school (no more cyber school for her) and my niece is still doing the pa cyber things so things are crazy.........i really do need the support because i am really going to do this............

    We can do this thing called weight loss! We will just take it one day at a time and when you don't feel motivated just get in front of a computer or your phone and log in and you'll be fine emoticon emoticon
