This morning I weighed and I'm down 2 lbs. Cutting calories is working. :D
This afternoon my daughter baked cookies, and fortunately my 2nd grader ate most of them before I could get to them! I've been too good this past week to sabotage myself now.
Today I got 4 miles on my bike going to and from school, and also swam and did ST early this morning. I'm exhausted. I got up at 3am and panicked because I had an Algebra presentation to give today, and I didn't feel prepared. So, I got to my desk and checked through my equations, finished putting together my presentation, and finished in time for the gym to open. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in the middle of a flute lesson I was giving this afternoon, while I was playing. And that has NEVER happened.
Not much else is happening right now. I had a really good day at school today, even though I was tired! Also, my food and exercise have been completely in line and I'm really proud of that. :)
