Eureeka!!! I figured out how to kill the night time snacking!

Tracking food is magic! I noticed that on some days I was hungry and wanted to snack at night and on other days, I barely took in the minimum calories, but I wasn't hungry at night. Yesss! There is a trend for me. If I stacked my carbs in the morning and decreased them throughout the day in each meal and did the opposite with protien, No hunger at night! Each meal has a mix of carbs protein and fat with more carbs in the am than pm and more protein in the pm than am. There are a lot of ways to make a dinner of meat and vegetables and I still get my 9pm snack of greek yogurt and 1/4 cup organic granola. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. The protein seems to kill the need to eat because I still feel full. Going to bed right after the 10pm news helps too because the opportunity to snack is zero when you sleep:).

    Good plan! I've found that reducing carbs has also helped reduce my nighttime snack sneaking!
