Simple Things

So I'm trying to do simple, little things to lose weight now. I'm trying to eat my fresh, whole foods and simly just 'walk'. The last two days I've use the mymapwalk on my phone. I burn more calories just walking outside than I do going to the fitness center. Go figure. Hopefully, these are easy things I can do and be consistant at.

    I love simple things!!!! My weight loss has been done thanks to them. I don't go to a gym, I don't do a "diet." I just do little things that add up. And that way I don't feel over whelmed by it all.
