I have been away due to the fact that a lot is going on as usual :) I am trying to keep up with my spark , my blog etc but sometimes it is too hard to accomplish if I do not get a chance to sit on the computer :)
According to my scale I lost 2 lbs in 10 days - not good but better than gaining
Lost couple of inches fom hips/ waist
I am trying to stay on track - I need to work out more - time is the issue usually
