Sunny Gal challenge music playlists

Tuesday, October 09, 2012

For my Sunny Gals Rock It challenge this week we are supposed to share two playlists of songs that we like to use when working out. I have a very diverse taste in music, including some current and some older songs.

Playlist 1

Some Nights – Fun
Fighter – Christina Aguilera
Accidentally In Love – Counting Crows
Rolling In The Deep – Adele
Standing Outside the Fire – Garth Brooks
Single Ladies – Beyonce
Centerfold – J. Geils Band
If Today Was Your Last Day – Nickelback
Eye Of The Tiger – Survivor
How Do You Like Me Now – Toby Keith
Hot Blooded – Foreigner
Gotta Be Somebody – Nickelback
What Doesn’t Kill You – Kelly Clarkson
Rock and Roll Dreams – Meat Loaf

Playlist 2
I also have some very favorite Christian songs that have been around for a number of years but I never get tired of them. Some days I need to hear them and focus on the spiritual side of me. There is a lot of history in my Christian journey linked to these songs, going back to the 70’s and I love them. This is only part of my favorites.

Step by Step Rich Mullins
Awesome God – Carman
Nothing To Forgive – David Meece
Lord of All – Carman
Don’t You Talk That Way – Don Francisco
Gospel Train – David Meece
Things You Never Gave Me – David Meece
Over You – David Meece
Sunday’s On The Way – Carman
Everything is Possible – Don Francisco
Good To Me – Don Francisco
Grave Robber – Petra
Better Is One Day – Petra

Love the diversity of your first playlist! Plus, OF COURSE, I just love love love your Christian playlist, too! I'll have to go on YouTube and listen to some of those, since I'm not familiar with a lot of older songs. I'm all about FLR, that's all I listen to anymore!
