At least I'm using this a lot and that's a step in the right direction

I have been posting my food and workouts and now blogging much more. This is good. That was my first goal. And it might seem easy but its not and im proud i've gone even this far. I'm freaking starving right now and thinking about what to have for breakfast...feeling like a bagel but I need to round it out with some protein and fruit.

Yup weight is around 160. Just blast through for crying out loud! Start with a solid 5 pound weight loss and go from there. Think mainly about becoming a navy rescue swimmer!
