October is the time of month to evaluate where you are in your health and fitness and see what areas need improvement at my work place. I have completed step 1 and checked the cholesterol and Hgb A1C, and the numbers were ok, but I could always use improvement with the cholesterol department. Next, is the BMI check and B/P. I am proud to say that I feel confident that I will have my 15,000 sparkpoints and a successful exercise log to show my employer. I am looking forward to another year to improve and teach my family healthy habits in the process.
