22. What is your current workout/fitness routine?
I work out at home due to the lack of gym options in my area. I've done Insanity, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, and I also enjoy running. This winter I'm crossing my fingers for snow so I can Cross Country Ski and snow shoe more. I lift weights, I do cardio and I try to move around a lot throughout the day. In the summer I have a side job mowing lawns with a push mower. I just don't ever want to go back to the body I used to have. I've actually been a much larger size at this weight and it's a testament to weight training that I'm the size I am now.
23. What are your current fitness goals?
Pull ups! It's the ultimate goal. I can't do any. My 17 year old niece can do 5. I'm endlessly jealous. I also want to run two half marathons in 2013 one in the spring and one in the fall. Eventually a full marathon if I ever learn to fuel properly.
