Day 85 / 100-Day Exercise and no junk food streak

I'm feeling stronger and more on my game today. Thank you so much for you support and for cheering me on. It helps so much.

Yesterday for lunch, I had some brown rice sushi. I had planned on having soup for lunch but learned in the morning that a very dear friend had passed away. He was a former coworker and along with other good friends, we used to spend many a lunchtime enjoying sushi. So, I had sushi for lunch in his honor. It was bittersweet and not nearly as enjoyable knowing my good friend is no longer on this Earth. [Rock on, CatDaddy!! I could never possibly forget you.]

Menu today:
B: BearNaked Fit cereal with almond milk and a banana
Snack: 2 clementines
L: salad greens with homemade tahini dressing, 1 veggieburger, and some feta
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: Chicken and hominy corn chili, 1 cup
Snack: coffee
