ROUGH TIME

Well, I haven't been on here in awhile after doing so good for several days. I found myself incredibly busy at work which is where I do most of my internet use. And then I received some devastating news in my family and have been dealing with that as well. Because of all of this, I have had no motivation to workout..but also no motivation to eat. I have lost weight...but it is because I have barely been eating. Not healthy at all. I am sick to my stomach most of the time due to the stress of what's going on in my life and I often have to force myself to eat because I feel weak. Sigh...it's twisted though because I'm enjoying the way my clothes are fitting.

I am slower at work this week so I'm going to try to get on here more and look around for motivation and hopefully some positive energy. I need that in my life right now from any source I can get it!!!

  I'm sorry for the difficult time you're going through.. I agree with Wilson with taking walks and such. I recently went through some tough times and I'm finding solace in hiking - it's so nice to just get away from everything for a while and just focus on the small things like the flowers on the trail or even just the next step. I also lurk on the motivational pages.. it helps. I hope things get better for you soon.

    I know what you must be going through -- see my SparkPage. I know it's hard, but just try to get out and walk - preferably a park or someplace scenic, but anywhere to help take your mind off things for a bit. I'm out of town right now, but I'll check back in with you when I get home. I'm also going to add you as one of my friends to make it easier to check in.
