It's amazing how much easier it is to exercise when you keep track of what you're eating. I don't know if it's because you're more cognizant of what you're eating or if you're eating right and it gives you more motivation to exercise.

    How true! Sometimes healthy actions have a snowball effect for me. I do one healthy thing and the next step is easier. I guess that's why small steps work so well.

    I think it's actually both. Knowing that you are doing the "right" things and eating healthy gives you extra energy and motivation because you want to see even better results and that encourages you to eat better. It's a great circle! Keep up the good work.
