So, I'm at this again. I've tried to lose weight so many times. I don't know why, but after I've lost about 30lbs I tend to lose all motivation. Then I gain it back. Right now I am 201lbs. My highest was 230lbs. So, there's about 30lbs lost. Last week I was at 196lbs...so yeah there's the cycle starting again. I am determined to stop the cycle this time. I will continue to lose more weight by making a better effort. This time will be different! This time I have a boyfriend who is more physically fit and will exercise with me and help to motivate me and eat better. Wish me luck!
