I was down, 0.8kg. At least it is a loss, but not a great one.

We talked a while, especially how my body is reacting less than favorably to the eating plan in general, but especially the fruit.I'm not going to elaborate on it, but to say that I walked out frustrated.

I got the week 2 eating plan on Profile A.

Here we go again!

    I reckon if fruit is hurting your stomach then switch it for a veggie, can't have you in agony just to lose weight! She sound very uncaring, not what you need from someone meant to be motivating you to lose weight and get healthy! Well done losing 800g, every loss is a step in the right direction. :)

    Frustrating that your problems continue. Hope it gets better soon, and well done for the loss. It might be small but it's better than a poke in the eye with a wet fish.
