I was down, 0.8kg. At least it is a loss, but not a great one.
We talked a while, especially how my body is reacting less than favorably to the eating plan in general, but especially the fruit.I'm not going to elaborate on it, but to say that I walked out frustrated.
I got the week 2 eating plan on Profile A.
Here we go again!
