emoticon Today was not as big of a start as I had expected, but I did do one think that I was very proud of myself for and that is drinking the 8 glasses of water a day. Which is a big thing for me since I do not like water! And I didnt even add crystal light to it. I also paid attn to what I was eating and asked myself if each item was beneficial or not.
One of the goals I had decided to do for myself was to invite 5 people to be my support team. I wrote them a letter expressing how this is important to me and how they can help. I am even going to name my support team but I have not decide what to call them yet. Of course I will want them to be willing to be a member of the team. If they don't want to be then they will not be beneficial to me. My team members will be: My SweetHeart Scott, who will love me no matter what; My SisterTanya, who I believe this will be beneficial too as well; My Dear Friends Erin and Tarah, who I know have similar goals and will definetly be a shoulder to lean on when it gets too tough and My Brothers Girlfriend Becca, who is the toughest person I know and will help crack the whip for me.

excellent first step. don't worry about the speed of your progress. you don't want to be a flash in the pan. in fact--reframe this so that you are GLAD that you are moving slowly and carefully so your change is positive and permanent.
excellent and VERY BRAVE to write your letter. i know they will all be there for you. keep drinking that water--build a spark streak with that and keep going. there is a place on the tracker for you to enter the amount of water you drink. its nice to see the total add up each day. find ways to mark and celebrate EVERY SINGLE ACCOMPLISHMENT. none of them are small--they are all huge and very important.

Great idea to write out your requests for support team - written notes make it seem more OFFICIAL or more IMPORTANT and SERIOUS somehow.

You should do great if you are this organized and goal oriented.

Good luck
