Maintaining Momentum

Monday, October 08, 2012

So tomorrow I finish the first challenge I have done since getting back to being accountable on SP. I have managed to do my workouts everyday for 28 days straight and have done at least a 40 minute cardio on top of those exercises. I can't say that I lost much weight but I can say that I feel better about myself and I know that I am stronger which means that I have gained something from the challenge.

I did the 28 day Boot Camp Challenge and I Loved IT!!!!!

I am so proud that I made it this far and right now the only thing I can think of is what am I going to do to keep the momentum going and continue to be as accountable as I have been for the last month? Well for starters I think that I am going to start using this home gym that I have taking up half of my living room and throw in an Insanity workout a couple of days a week. Run 2-4 days a week and add different videos into the mix, oh and maybe some games on the Xbox 360 Kinect, those are so much fun.

All I know for sure is that I am going to keep going on this path because I feel so much better about me when I get my exercise in everyday. It's also a great way to avoid stress.

I will post again on Wednesday to let you know how much I lost on this challenge although I know it wasn't much, I can always say that is because I gained muscle weight while losing fat weight!

Remember a measurement of what you lost is not just based on the scale. You should probably take your body measurements as well to get a better picture.

You sound very positive about achieving your goals.

    Good luck!
