I was contacted by someone who found me from this site and was asked if I would read his manuscript about weight loss.
I of course said, “YES” since I am very interested in what others have to say about my own biggest interest, which is staying healthy and happy.

I read the original manuscript, I found the manuscript to be very informative but I found it to be catering to the well educated and well read and I felt this subject should be aimed at every level of education.
I had worked in health care in my youth and was always very interested in nutrition, healthy living and cooking. In England it was called DOMESTIC SCIENCE and that was my strong subject in High School.
I really enjoyed the read and the facts and the psychology behind weight loss.
I wrote the author my thoughts and I told him how much I want someone to find the solution to our obesity epidemic.
The author appreciated my comments sufficiently enough to add my name in his book’s acknowledgements so I was pleased my remarks were taken as encouragement and helpful comment.
It is very much like the Spark approach to permanent weight loss and it would be very welcome for those who do not use the computer.
I was unable to use a computer, I had no interest in ever owning one and I would have undoubtedly picked up this book had it been there for me some years ago.
A few years ago I had already found a small orange book instead and have been very happy I did so.
Had I not picked up "THE SPARK " I would not have been approached to read this book and with that in my background I would hope a lot of others will be able to read and learn that they can take control of their healthier lifestyles in easier steps with an easy to read book to help them on their way.
This small book has practical advice on subjects like, cravings and emotional eating and other topics pertaining to healthy eating. Even some very easy recipes.
I have been able to learn from it and I hope it might get in to the hands of young and old to help them to understand nutrition, healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
