Well today has gone very well! Lol I noticed stiffness in my legs I guess because of yesterdays strength training...But it's a good pain lol...Tomorrow I'll do the strength exercises again...Tried a new recipe today-Dilled shrimp with Farfalle-and it was SO GOOD!!! They have the nutrition info wrong though...had to go figure it out myself...wish I had done it BEFORE I ate 331 cals believing they were 132 lol...ended up with just a big salad for dinner but it was ok!
