Recovery day

This past weekend was exhausting!! Tough workout Friday evening, followed by a weekend of physical work at the hospital, capped by a 12 hour shift on Sunday. Today I recover by running the kids to all of their activities. I made time this morning to plan my meals and even found time to take a nap to help recover the sore muscles. Some how (don't ask me how this happened), I'm under my calorie goal! Not by much but I get a bonus cheese stick snack while I unwind with Monday night football! Woo Hoo!!
