I'm really hoping to do well during the 5% fall challenge. So far (just finished day 3), my exercise has been great. We have had cool ... may I say "cold" ... weather the last few days, which has made it great for me to get out and walk, walk, walk. Tonight I was totally underdressed! Capri workout pants and a short sleeved T shirt in 48 degree weather ... brr! But it made me walk those 3.2 miles quickly.
On the food end, meh. I've gone over my calories two days, which I'm not happy about. But that'll get better.
Two SP recipe shout-outs. I made both the 2-bean sweet potato chili and the sesame chicken makeover this weekend, and they were both delicious! The chili is better on the second day ...
